What are emotional intelligence
skills?
Emotional intelligence (EI) skills include self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills. These skills are essential for overall well-being. While especially important for neurodivergent children, all children benefit from having enhanced EI skills.

Did you know?
Many neurodivergent individuals have achieved remarkable success across various fields. For instance, Elon Musk is on the autistic spectrum, and Bill Gates has self-identified as being on the spectrum as well. While we may never know for certain, figures like Albert Einstein are believed to have been dyslexic and possibly autistic. Historical icons such as Isaac Newton, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Edison, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and even Winston Churchill have also been speculated to have traits associated with neurodivergence or ADHD.
These extraordinary individuals have made significant contributions to society, yet many faced challenges in social and emotional contexts.
This is where I come in. My goal is to provide support and guidance to help parents and children navigate these complexities and bloom.
What My Clients Say

I had the pleasure of working with XingNi Liu at our conference, where she made a lasting impact on our delegates. XingNi is an articulate and inspiring speaker who has a rare ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and authenticity. Her passion for supporting and empowering young people in today’s fast-paced world truly shines through in her work.

XingNi, you are such an engaging and inspirational speaker. The time went by in a flash! Your passion and expertise for the topic shone through, and your presentation was so interesting and interactive. We hope that we’ll see you again soon to explore breaking patterns and neurodivergence in more detail.

We recently had the pleasure of hosting XingNi Liu for an SEN (Special Educational Needs) workshop, and the experience was nothing short of transformative for our teaching staff. From start to finish, the session was engaging. insightful, and highly practical, leaving our team with valuable strategies to better support students with diverse leaning needs.

It was great to have XingNi in our office to deliver a session on Breaking Patterns. The session was highly interactive and informative, and offered a light-hearted environment for mental health discussions which is, otherwise, not a topic that is often talked about in the workplace especially in Hong Kong. I particularly appreciate that the session was well-grounded, as XingNi started by introducing the topic with some scientific theories and then following up with practical application to real-life examples. I did wish the session was longer, as the topic was fascinating and there was a lot to cover!

I learned about effective parenting techniques and how to manage various situations with children. Understanding different parenting styles helped me balance structure and support. I discovered the importance of clear communication, active listening, and teaching rather than punishing.
